Architecture
Requests come in through Cloudflare. This site runs on Cloudflare Workers; the apps are reached through a Cloudflare Tunnel and a reverse proxy, run in isolated containers, and share one identity provider.

What it involves
Linux administration, containers, reverse proxying, Cloudflare DNS and Tunnel, zero-trust access, shared sign-in, application isolation, CI/CD, secrets, monitoring, backups and certificates. These are the parts that decide whether self-hosted apps actually stay up.

Apps that need sign-in share one identity layer, so access is managed in one place instead of each experiment getting its own login system.
